Recently, an advanced and innovative robotic and automatic observatory was inaugurated.
The observatory was established at Kinneret College with the support of ICA in Israel and JNF.
The observatory will enable educational and astronomical experience for adults and students in the Galilee and the Jordan Valley.
The uniqueness of this robotic observatory is that requests can be sent to the robot and it will take pictures and send them back to the applicant.
This is the third telescope that ICA in Israel is involved in their establishment: in Misgav, Neot Smadar and now in the Jordan Valley.
Also attached are some photos, in one of them you can see planet Mars and its four moons together – great fun.
